RETURN & EXCHANGE
To initiate return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- A handling charge of ₹150 will be applicable to process the reverse pickup at your doorstep.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Upload clear images showing both sides and visible tags. Incomplete images may lead to request rejection.
- You can choose to return the items and request for refund. Refunds can be processed as store credits or in the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.
- Exchanges for a different size will only incur handling charges. If exchanging for another product, previous discounts won’t apply. You can either pay the difference or add another item. If the new product costs less, the balance will be refunded as store credits.
- Items bought in sale wont be eligible for Return & Exchange.

NOTE: At some pincodes, reverse pickup isn't available due to which the customer will have to ship the package on their end. The fee of 150/- will be waived in that case.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation & Refund After Shipping: Shipping charges will be deducted if cancellation is requested after dispatch. In case of prepaid orders, there will be deductions too if the delivery is refused or the customer is not contactable due to any reason. Refunds can be processed to the wallet or the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.
Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping: Full Refund can be processed to the wallet if cancellation is requested before the shipment is dispatched. For refunds to the original payment method, a 2.5% processing fee applies.
The prepaid amount paid during PPCOD (Partial Prepaid Cash on Delivery) option, is non refundable if the customer has refused to accept the shipment.
