Shipping & Delivery

At Hashwear, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery of your orders. That's why we have put in place a reliable shipping policy to ensure that your purchases arrive at your doorstep in a timely and satisfactory manner.

1. Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is 2-3 business days. We are shipping PAN India.
2. Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹899. 
3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update on your WhatsApp and on your Email ID with the tracking number to track the progress of your shipment. Alternatively, you can also login into your account on the website to track your order.
4. Delivery: We use standard shipping services to deliver your orders. Delivery time is estimated at 5-6 working days (excluding Sat & Sun) from the date of dispatch.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged or lost package, please contact us on WhatsApp or join our Discord. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

NOTE: Due to ongoing monsoon conditions, there may be unavoidable delays in deliveries, especially in affected regions like Maharashtra and surrounding areas.
